Complete JBS site action plan by end of March and follow the plan and execute
Support -JBS Global activities.
Support JBS BCP initiative.
1-2 full fire drills planned throughout the year
Support for data collection ( Monthly reports, Badge Report etc.)
Completion of the global JBS Experience program
Support for JBS business development
Complete the 1-2 vender cost savings for the JBS
Strictly follow account financial calendar to deal with PO, GR and invoice submission. Average KPI score of JDE performance should be met and exceeded 8.
Accurately control the budgeting, the deviation between actual vs budget should be within 2-3%
Put together all the saving amount into saving tracker and review it on quarterly basis
- Support with site health and safety, certifications renewal
- Maintain HSSE inspection on a quarterly basis in the manned office. Report any incidents in CMO in line with escalation process.
- Every staff participate in Global Safety Week and complete all mandatory compliance and HSSE trainings.
