This role connects brand business and creative strategy to deliver a consumer‑centric ecosystem across owned, earned, shared, and paid touchpoints. It designs end‑to‑end path‑to‑purchase experiences aligned with evolving consumer behavior, technology, and market dynamics, while driving innovation, cross‑functional collaboration, and measurable business growth with a balanced, pragmatic mindset.
The Connection Planning Manager will be performing as the E2E lead of FS always-on youth recruitment campaigns, including:
Lead always-on campus recruitment for Sprite and Fanta, partner with Tmall Campus, act as the expert of digital and social trends and translate these trends, business objectives, and brand strategies into always-on campus activation and channel optimization.
Lead Sprite super rural from E2E, partner with cross function team of Brand, Commercial & Customer teams, franchise bottler to deliver integrated journey to close the loop from digital impressions, social conversations, transactions and advocacy.
Requirements & Qualifications
Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses, media companies, influencers)
