Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to manage a portfolio of e-commerce supplier accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the reimbursement recovery lifecycle. This role is responsible for fostering long-term client relationships, leading new client onboarding initiatives, coordinating recovery efforts with internal teams, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our services.
The ideal candidate will maintain regular client-facing communication through meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing account updates while serving as a trusted advisor for Walmart Marketplace sellers. This role will collaborate closely with the Operations team to facilitate account setup, coordinate credential creation and system access requirements, track recovery opportunities, communicate claim progress, gather supporting documentation, and address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, managing expectations, identifying potential risks to account retention, and proactively recommending solutions that enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Success in this position requires exceptional communication and relationship management skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a client-first mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Position Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in customer facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus.
● Microsoft Office/G-Suites/CRM platforms, like Zoho, HubSpot, Zendesk.
● Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● A reliable computer and internet connection is required for this role.
● Fluency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
● Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution.
● Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance.
● Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations.
● Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
