What is China 2.0 and what is the role of DI-CN AUT PMO?
The Chinese market has changed dramatically in the past years. Recently, DI AUT in China has grown faster than most other MNCs – but is clearly falling behind local competitors. China 2.0 is an internal 5 years strategy program to return to growth including PLM/CRM/SCM.
Tasks of the PMO Specialist include:
PMO team to be staffed with 2-3 resources, incl. resources to directly support the CEO (Executive Office Function).

Support G2M strategy development in China (part of strategy map)

Strategy Mapping measures – Progress tracking
- Customer approach, end customer marketing, partner mgmt., etc.

Ensure continuous alignment towards CN 2.0 on different levels with various stakeholders (CN and HQ)

Drive China 2.0 organic growth program

Definition of CRM/PLM growth measures (measure cards)
- Breakdown to sales regions and specific opportunities (TrustIT)

Progress tracking

Other Tasks (Support; 30%)

Support market intelligence gathering, derive growth areas:

Contribute market insights (e.g., trends, competitor news)

Identify / derive specific growth opportunities for sales to act upon

Support Executive Office of DI CN AUT CEO, e.g. Customer meetings, important meetings preparation, etc.
Qualification Requirements:

Proven ability to structure complex information, develop executive level presentations, and apply methodical approach to strategy development, planning, and performance tracking

Structured Working: Analytical, systematic, and able to prioritize. Asking the right questions, connecting dots; context understanding, critical reasoning

Familiarity with Business: Knowledge of regional sales mechanism: understand KPIs, market & internal mechanisms, familiarity with OEM and partner business

Resilience & Maturity to handle tough situations: Stay composed when facing business self-defense: diplomacy, persistence, emotional stable. Ability to handle high pressure.
