Senior Reliability Design Engineer (Hardware)
An experienced Senior Reliability Design Engineer (Hardware) with a strong Electrical/Electronic background to lead reliability engineering activities for complex hardware systems. The role is responsible for driving Design for Reliability (DfR), driving life-cycle performance improvement through reliability prediction, robust design, verification testing, and failure investigation.

Your role:
Define and deploy Design for Reliability (DfR) methodology throughout product development, with emphasis on electrical/electronic architecture, component selection, derating, and design margins.
Establish reliability requirements, reliability budget allocation, prediction models, and reliability growth plans for electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
Lead reliability reviews from concept through commercialization.
Drive reliability risk identification and mitigation activities for electrical, thermal, mechanical, environmental, and operational stress conditions.
Apply robust design methodologies to reduce sensitivity to manufacturing variation, environmental stress, and component tolerances.
Develop design margins, derating strategies, and robustness criteria for key electrical/electronic components, assemblies, power/control circuits, sensors, interconnects, and motion-related hardware.
Ensure adequate robustness against thermal, mechanical, electrical, vibration, and operational stresses through analysis, design review, and verification planning.
Promote first-time-right design philosophy by embedding reliability thinking early.
Define reliability verification strategy, reliability testing plan, establish reliability demonstration tests.
Drive root cause investigations for failures identified during testing by leveraging relevant tools, i.e., failure tree analysis, DOE, Monte Carlo simulation, etc.
您的职责(Your Role)

应用稳健设计(Robust Design)方法,降低产品对制造波动、环境应力及元器件公差变化的敏感度。
为关键电气/电子元器件、组件、电源及控制电路、传感器、互连结构以及运动相关硬件制定设计裕量、降额策略和稳健性标准。
通过分析、设计评审和验证规划,确保产品具备充分抵御热应力、机械应力、电气应力、振动及运行工况应力的能力。
倡导“ 一次设计正确(First-Time-Right) ”理念,在产品开发早期植入可靠性思维。
制定可靠性验证策略和测试计划,并建立可靠性验证测试(Reliability Demonstration Test)。
利用失效树分析(FTA)、实验设计(DOE)、蒙特卡洛仿真(Monte Carlo Simulation)等工具,主导测试过程中发现问题的根因分析和失效调查。
You're the right fit if:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, reliability, or mechatronics engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of engineering experience for complex hardware products, preferably involving electrical/electronic subsystems, power/control electronics, sensors, motion systems, rotating or linear-motion products.
3+ years leading reliability engineering activities for complex hardware products (CT, MR, X-ray, Radiotherapy or other regulated high-reliability systems is highly valued).
Demonstrated success applying Robust Design, DFMEA, problem solving, physics-of-failure thinking, and data-driven reliability improvement in new product development.
Ability to influence design decisions and drive reliability improvements across global cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of ISO13485, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR, ISO14971.
Strong and practical knowledge of DFMEA, problem solving, Design for Six Sigma (GB/BB) certified candidates are preferred.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) required.

在新产品开发过程中,具有成功应用 稳健设计(Robust Design) 、DFMEA、问题解决方法、失效物理(Physics of Failure)及数据驱动可靠性改进的实践经验;
能够影响设计决策,并推动全球跨职能团队开展可靠性改进工作;
熟悉 ISO13485、欧盟MDR、FDA 21 CFR、ISO14971 等医疗器械法规和标准;
具备扎实且实践导向的 DFMEA、问题分析与解决(Problem Solving) 能力;拥有 Design for Six Sigma(DFSS)绿带(GB)或黑带(BB)认证 者优先;
良好的英语听说读写能力,能够进行国际化沟通与协作。
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
