职位介绍
你将加入汽车测试团队,负责车身域相关功能的测试工作,涵盖台架、硬件在环(HIL)及实车环境,助力项目顺利交付并提升产品质量。
岗位职责:
- 接受相关工作技能的培训,深入学习并进行实践
- 按照既定测试流程与策略,在台架、硬件在环(HIL)或实车环境下,执行手动及自动化测试并编制测试报告
- 熟悉测试环境的搭建与调试,包括手动及自动化测试台架,完成测试环境的基础维护工作
- 依据系统需求、架构及相关规格文件,编制并维护功能测试规格说明书
- 基于项目经验,在台架及实车环境开展探索性测试,识别潜在风险或问题
- 配合测试经理开展测试规划及工作量评估工作
- 与测试经理、项目团队协作,完成测试规格说明书及测试报告的验证与评审
- 支持项目团队及客户的现场工作(包括客户研发场地、生产线或终端用户问题反馈现场),工作内容涵盖电控单元(ECU)程序刷新、产线监控、日志采集、问题复现、故障分析及根因定位
岗位要求:
- 3年以上汽车车身域相关功能的手动测试、整车测试或自动化测试经验
- 自动化脚本能力,包括但不限于Python,Capl
- 基础英语读写能力,可阅读英文需求文档及测试用例,并能编制、维护英文测试用例
- 清晰、准确的沟通表达能力
- 责任心强,抗压能力突出,工作态度端正,能够胜任高压工作环境
