Essential Tasks:
1. Work at supplier’s location to resolve quality issues of parts.
2. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions of issues raised by each manufacturing site.
3. Conduct process audit to suppliers and help them to set up stable processes and control procedure, help suppliers to set up stable quality management and reporting systems.
4. Communicate with supplier on product quality issues which was raised by each manufacturing site, make sure the corrective actions have been made.
5. Conduct audit to new potential suppliers and existing suppliers.
6. Be responsible to manage data collection and reporting of cost of quality.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2. 3-10 years working experience in supplier quality management, good knowledge of quality management tools
3. Rich experience in production process and quality management for electronic components.
4. Strong ability of data analysis and sharing with Excel/PPT
5. With good English communication capability written and oral.
6. Comprehensive competency: good communication, team play, initiative and self-motivation, good learning capability, and endurance pressure.
7. Willing to undertake extensive travel (up to 70%), with a mix of domestic (including Taiwan) and international destinations, including South Korea.
