Job Summary
The Sr. Tendering Lead is responsible for providing technical support to sales teams and conducting detailed analysis of product configurations to determine customer-specific pricing. This includes preparing technical sales briefings, evaluating customer specifications, and ensuring proposals meet quality standards.
This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and prepare accurate technical proposals.
Estimate costs, resources, and timelines for customized product solutions.
Conduct technical briefings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure proposal feasibility.
Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
Support troubleshooting and initial training during implementation phases.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and systems.
Experience in tendering, proposal development, and cost estimation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
