Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end S2C sourcing activities, including demand validation, RFP/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, and contract award
Manage sourcing of indirect categories (products/services), ensuring cost competitiveness and compliance with procurement policies
Conduct supplier sourcing, qualification, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
Drive commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and contractual terms and conditions
Support the preparation and review of Indirect procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards and risk control requirements
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensure sourcing activities are compliant with internal governance and approval processes
Monitor supplier performance if any claims and support continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
Experience & Background
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in indirect procurement (products and services)
Strong exposure to manufacturing industry, with the majority of past experience in manufacturing-related companies
Proven experience in S2C sourcing processes and supplier management
Skills & Competencies
Strong capability in commercial and contractual negotiations
Familiar with contract terms and procurement agreements (pricing, payment terms, liabilities, etc.)
Good understanding of sourcing process, including RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, and contract management
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
Language & Tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Location
Based in Shanghai
Candidates residing in Songjiang district are preferred
Nice-to-have (Optional)
Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, SmartConnect, etc.)
Have CIPS/ CPS Certificate
