What You Will Do
- Trusted Cross-Functional Advisor
- Serve as a cross - functional consultant and trusted advisor on supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives, including projects implementations, process upgrades, and integration programs, providing business - critical insights to align solutions with supply chain best practices.
- Act as the dedicated owner and primary escalation point for supply chain issue resolution, maintaining close alignment with divisional businesses through regular on - site and virtual engagement and traveling as required to deliver timely and effective support.
- One Molex GSOP&E Process Governance
- Support and participate in the evolution of the One Molex GSOP&E end - to - end supply chain process framework, including deployment of global operating models, process standards, governance mechanisms, and performance KPIs.
- Drive process adoption, consistency, and compliance across regions and business units through effective monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supply Chain Knowledge & Capability System
- Develop and operate Supply Chain Excellence knowledge learning systems, including best - practice repositories, learning centers, standardized process playbooks, and managed DCC (Document Control Center) documentation, ensuring GSOP&E processes and best practices are accessible and reusable.
- Train, mentor, and enable supply chain teams on standardized processes, analytical tools, and emerging industry trends, driving institutional learning, capability uplift, and digital adoption.
- Enterprise Analytics & Digital Transformation Enablement
- Lead advanced, insight - driven analyses and digital solution initiatives to solve complex business problems across Molex BUs, including planning and execution systems, KPI and dashboard development, process automation, and data - driven transformation projects.
- Synthesize analytical and digital insights into actionable recommendations and executive - ready deliverables, supporting senior leadership decision - making and business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Best Practice Integration
- Build strong, trusted relationships with plant leaders and cross - functional stakeholders, independently assessing site performance, supply chain capability, and change readiness across business units.
- Engage external resources and industry forums (e.g., Gartner, AI communities, Kinaxis) to benchmark and introduce best - in - class supply chain strategies, technologies, and practices, translating external insights into actionable improvements for Molex.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above is required; MBA is preferred.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Supply Chain or related functions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Solid experience working in a multinational company and engaging with global stakeholders; more than 3 years of experience in a foreign-invested company or in a global role is preferred.
- Strong Leadership, People, Problem-Solving and Communication Skills. Able to take lead and work with people of all levels and globally.
- Good communication skill in English, both written and spoken, as well as presentation skills for internal communication as well as external communication with oversea entities and customers.
- Practical knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) system or MRP MM/PP/SD modules as well as Business Warehouse.
- Project Leadership, Experience leading complex, cross-functional and global supply chain projects
- Data Analytics, Advanced quantitative, qualitative, and data storytelling skills
- Process Excellence, Lean/Agile/Six Sigma methodologies; process mapping & improvement
- Digital Transformation, Familiarity with advance supply chain tools or automation solutions
- Change management, growth mindset, driving adoption of new processes and systems for business value quicker return
