The Finance Director, GEIS APAC is a key member of the APAC senior leadership team, serving as the regions's senior financial leader, strategic business partner and cultuer shaper. The role leads the GEIS APAC (Integrated EX, BL, MTL, HAC) Finance organization with full P&L and balance sheet accountability, ensuring strong financial governance.
Beyond Financial stewardship, the Finance Director parters closely with regional commercial and functional leaders to shape strategy, guide investment and resouces decisions, and translate business priorities into disciplined financial execution. The role is accountable for building a future-ready Finance organiztion through intentional org planning, talent development and succession pipeline.

The success Finance director is the one who is skilled not just in the functional competency while experienced in partnership to provide solutions based on the Financial performance and the clear roadmap on the organization planning and talent development.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the GEIS APAC Leadership Team, translating regional strategy into financial insights, decision frameworks, and actionable guidance across Operations and Commercial functions.
- Partner with Regional Commercial leaders to drive sustainable business improvements, optimizing revenue growth, operating profit, cash flow, and working capital through disciplined financial leadership.
- Provide forward-looking analysis by interpreting operational and financial performance, identifies business drivers, and supports execution of mitigating actions.
- Lead regional financial performance management, including Profit Plan execution, forecasting, and performance cadence, ensuring clear visibility, accountability, and proactive course correction
- Facilitate weekly pulse call, cost down analysis meeting and other key business reviews to help drive execution of our profit plan and longer-term strategy.
- Ensure robust product costing and margin management frameworks that support sound pricing, investment, and portfolio decisions
- Act as steward of financial integrity by ensuring strong internal controls and full compliance with Eaton financial policies and GAAP requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives that enhance decision quality, efficiency, transparency, and business partnership effectiveness.
- Leads and develops the Local Finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop Finance functional excellence and stability thru deployment of organizational model that aligns personnel with requirements of a global business.
- Provide strategical guidance to commercial team on Pricing, Margin optimization, Cost structure, and Budget to support profitable growth
- Enhances understanding of performance indicators and financial impact among regional Leadership.
- Operates effectively within a complex global organizational structure. Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement.
- Drives and manages change, champions new ideas, and leverages resources to meet objectives.
- Collaborates with GEIS Global Finance and other regional GEIS Finance to implement standard models and develop financial analysis capabilities.
