Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage multiple strategic and complex projects, taking full ownership of end-to-end delivery across cross-functional and global teams.
2. Apply standardized project management methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
3. Organize, motivate, and guide project teams to drive key initiatives, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of committed results.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives and measurable outcomes.
5. Drive business alignment and continuous improvement through effective planning, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
6. Synthesize complex project data into clear, structured, and outcome-oriented narratives for executive-level reporting and reviews.
7. Manage complex interactions and communications across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of project management experience in large, multinational organizations, with preference for experience in PC or hardware-related industries.
2. Strong expertise in project management principles, technical environments, and business planning processes, including exposure to full product lifecycle management.
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling executive-level messaging.
5. Demonstrated experience collaborating across global teams and leading virtual teams in an international working environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and deliver results in challenging situations.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
8. Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
9. Ability to handle conflicts effectively and navigate sensitive situations with strong business awareness.
10. Professional fluency in English and relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP).
