As a Events Management Manager, we rely on you to
Responsible for the management of hotel banquets, providing guests with high-quality banquet and conference services.
Familiar with the layout requirements of banquets, cocktail parties, press conferences and other activities, and provide quality services.
Responsible for handling guests' comments, suggestions and complaints on banquet service work, and earnestly improving the work.
Assist in the implementation of business training plans, and constantly improve the service skills and skills of subordinates.
We are looking for someone who
Has good organizational skills
Has 3 years and above experience in either a luxury restaurant or a international chain hotel environment
Enjoys interacting with people
Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
