- Work with business analysts, business users to understand the overall business environment and key challenges.
- Represent the needs of the local team to the corporate global architecture community and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Information Systems Architecture.
- Consult with project teams on the application of standard Information Architecture.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure the right design principles are followed.
- Liaising with architecture teams and subject matter experts from other regions.
- Define architecture direction and roadmap (including mobility technologies).
- Degree (or above) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years software developing experience with 5+ years working as architect
- Solid understanding of the following technologies (.NET, node, XML, Web Services, Single Sign-On, Mobile technologies) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
- Understand Enterprise Architecture principles and preferably knowledge/certified with TOGAF.
- Exemplary communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priority projects.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
- Broad knowledge of IT.
- Must be a strong, articulate communicator.
- Pharmaceutical experience will be a plus.
