Job Description:
Maintain and grow sales to existing customers,attract and develop new customers in designated areas to achieve overall sales targets.
Establish effective long-term relationships with target key customers and promote Ceva as a strategic partner.
Manage marketing/customer activities in the region.
Focus on key customers and strategic products in the region.
Competition analysis and generate regional marketing strategies and execute them.
Update customer database according to company CRM system.
Your profile :
- 本科及以上学历,兽医背景佳
- 5年以上行业相关经验
- 具有良好的规划和组织谈判、客户指导、咨询及影响能力
- 具备市场数据收集和分析方面的能力
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和创造力;
- 具有较强的团队管理和客户管理能力
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, veterinary background would be a plus
- More than 5 years industry related experiences
- Good ability to business plan and execution
