Lead to arrange the overall operation and management of the whole workshop production, to ensure safety in production and product quality. Continue to reduce manufacturing costs and promote the competitive of the relevant product.
What You Will Do
1.
Take full charge of workshop's routine operation and management, ensure the whole workshop always run in a secure and compliant environment.

Responsible for formulation and fulfilment of workshop's operation strategy and objective According to the company's development direction

Team and people management, Build a team that vision consistent with company expectation, positive, behaviour are consistent with MBM Guiding Principles

Use the IE, Lean and Six sigma knowledge, Continuous improvement for production process and technology, Optimization of personnel and organizational structure, Enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall manufacturing costs
5
Establish the incentive scheme and do performance appraisal for the team, Leadership team continue to improve

- Through own experience ,training and help the Foreman/Engineer hoisting capacity
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Optics or Management or related
- 5 + years ' experience in Production management and 3 + years ' experience in Engineer
- With good management ability and skill: be capable of well management of personnel and production
- With good coordination ability and skill: be capable of well arrangement and assignment of task
- With good communication ability and skill: be capable of well communication with internal and external individuals
- Familiar with IE knowledge
- With good English skill
