About the Role
Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners
岗位职责
培训课程的编写 (15%)
根据公司整体发展战略和渠道发展策略,分析、挖掘银保培训需求,设计银保培训课程,编写银保教材、教案。 对培训项目实施状况进行追踪、反馈,及时修正课件,符合业务发展需求。
培训计划的制定及培训课程的组织及安排(40%)
根据银行保险战略规划制定和完善渠道的培训计划和目标。 分解各渠道的年度培训计划。 负责银行及本部业务同仁培训活动的组织与开展,以此促进业务指标的达成,确保培训讲师完成培训记录。
高净值业务活动支持(30%)
为各渠道的客户沙龙等业务推广活动提供支持。 为业务同仁的高净值业务拓展提供支持和督导,提升其与渠道客户经理的合作粘度,包括客户案例研讨、售前演练、合规陪访等。
团队管理(15%)
提升培训讲师团队的综合业务素养。
岗位资格
-
大学本科以上学历
-
8年以上工作经验。
-
5年以上中外资商业银行客户营销工作经验,或5年以上大型寿险公司银保营销工作经验。

和各银行有稳定的合作关系,熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度,了解行业规则。

对高净值业务相关专业领域有深入理解。

沟通协调能力强,表达能力、商务演示能力佳。

思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。

性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。

中英文俱佳。
