Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for HRIS data maintenance and corresponding data audit.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing and related reports.
Work as system admin to provide service to all China sites.
System problem solving and debug with IT and vendor if necessary.
System testing for any change requests or new projects.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, involved in specific projects.
Answer employees’ concerns regarding C&B, SSC etc.
Continuously improvement to improve efficiency & employee’s satisfaction.
Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets

No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or other relevant subject;
Good Microsoft skills especially mastery of Excel;
Service oriented and attention to details & accuracy;
Patient and initiative, responsible for work;
Good command of English.
SSC service experience and IT knowledge would be beneficial;
