BRS is looking for an experienced Handy Bulk Broker (M/F) to join its Shanghai office.
- Act as a specialist, intermediary, and negotiator between shipowners and multinational charterers
- Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate international dry bulk chartering transactions, including business development and contract negotiations
- Conduct research, gather and maintain up-to-date information on the chartering market
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred including internship or full-time
- Self-motivated and creative, with initiative and ambition to excel in a competitive marketplace
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
- Strong professional integrity and adherence to industry ethics
