Your Role
Category Management
- Develop and execute short-term and mid-term profitable category growth plan with clear value proposition by consolidating key accounts and consumer insights, market & customers’ needs and technical capabilities
- Define & execute annual operation plan on time as agreed (Define growth plans in collaboration with commercial, technical, MSCI and key stakeholders and ensure execution of the plan on time and meeting the targets. (target means growth pipeline and win rate)
- Monthly track on category vitality and win rate against target & return of promotions made; monitor key project progress
- Support building up winning product portfolio (flavors/seasonings), especially for key flavor tonalities aligned with category plans, identify the gaps with technical/commercial/customers/competitions’ inputs
- Download global/regional outputs & core competences and localize for category growth plan proactively
- Anticipate and provide category specific interpretations of trends and drivers including cross-category influences
- Translate consumer, market and brand information to accurate, appropriate and actionable product insights or solutions for our customers
- Attend daily RCT meeting; execute category outputs regarding reactive projects on time and receive positive feedback.
About You
- 10-15yrs' experience in B2B/B2C, Marketing, Category Management or related function
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion in food & beverage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong in project management and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal and business development skills
- Digit-savvy and analytical skills
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English communication
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
- Strong business foresights and acumen (preferred)
- Technical/commercial background (preferred)
