负责办公区域内的行政支持服务。
岗位具体内容:
负责接听电话总机, 及通讯录的月度更新。
对访客进行专业的接待,及时通知相关员工到前台接见客人。
预订及安排会议室,根据标准对会议室进行日常检查,维持良好的会议室环境。根据使用者的需要提前对会议室进行检查和准备。
协调其他软件服务需求以并提供相关资源。
负责管理钥匙、文具等。
