岗位职责:
- 负责公司制造工厂相关系统(如 MES , WMS ,生产排程,设备数据采集等)的整体架构设计与核心模块开发。
- 主导基于 C# 的应用架构设计,涵盖 WinForm 桌面应用 与 ASP.NET Web 系统。
- 参与系统需求分析,与业务团队合作制定技术方案与系统设计文档。
- 优化现有系统架构,提升系统性能,可扩展性及可维护性。
- 指导团队成员进行技术实现,协助解决开发过程中的关键技术问题。
- 根据项目需要,参与或协调 Java 系统 的接口开发与系统整合。
- 配合跨部门团队进行英文口语沟通者优先(例如全球团队会议,技术交流)。
任职要求:
必备技能:
- 精通 C# ,具备 5 年以上 C# 系统开发经验,有架构设计经验者优先。
- 熟悉 WinForm 桌面应用开发,了解控件优化, UI/UX 基础知识。
- 精通 ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core Web 系统开发,熟悉 MVC , Web API ,身份认证与安全机制。
- 掌握主流数据库( SQL Server / MySQL 等)结构设计,性能调优,编写复杂 SQL 的能力。
- 有丰富的 制造业工厂系统开发经验( MES , WMS , ERP 对接等任-方向皆可)。
- 具备 Java 后端开发经验( Spring , MyBatis 或微服务框架)。
- 有大型系统架构设计经验,熟悉分层架构, DDD ,微服务等理念。
- 能够进行基本的英语口语沟通,与海外团队开会无障碍者优先。
- 熟悉消息队列,缓存, Docker 或 DevOps 工具链者优先。

- 良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力。
- 独立分析和解决问题的能力。
- 对制造业数字化,自动化系统有兴趣或热情。
