Key accountabilities
- Patrol pool and water areas daily, identify potential safety hazards
- Monitor guests to prevent drowning incidents
- Provide emergency rescue for drowning, slips and other accidents
- Maintain life-saving equipment, keep work areas clean and complete daily logs
General requirements
- Good communication skills
- Possess coach and lifeguard certificates
- Strong service awareness and team spirit
- Passionate about luxury hotel services and able to work under pressure
