Key accountabilities
- Manage daily bar operations and provide professional bartending services
- Proficient in cocktail mixing and able to create customized drinks
- Maintain beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock and freshness
- Keep work area clean and comply with food safety standards
- Cooperate with team to deliver excellent guest service
General requirements
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience, familiar with cocktails and spirits
- Passionate about bartending and alcohol culture
- Good communication and service skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
