Responsibilities
Analyze and handle material quality issues from the production line to ensure smooth production.
Analyze the causes of material quality issues and follow up on corrective actions with relevant departments.
Supervise suppliers’ quality performance and push suppliers to improve their quality.
Evaluate and qualify new suppliers with SPD and Engineering.
Evaluate supplier performance monthly and conduct yearly supplier audits.
Train suppliers on quality matters.
Issue NCR or SCAR reports to suppliers and follow up on corrective actions.
Train IQC inspectors to improve their skills.
Manage and improve IQC & SQE documents.
Handle other assignments as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
College degree or above
Above 3 years of relevant work experience
Good command of English skills in speaking and listening
