Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the Academy training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor testing industry and automated test equipment (ATE), and learn software development processes and development environments;
2. Join the SAE Innovative Engineering Solutions team, collaborate closely with SAE engineers, and provide global customers with standard or customized software solutions based on Advantest equipment;
3. Design and develop innovative engineering solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of ATE application engineers and customer test engineers. Be responsible for customer requirement analysis, architecture design, documentation, product development and validation, as well as on-site deployment and debugging;
4. Adhere to team development quality standards to ensure the on-schedule delivery of high-quality, high-performance, and highly reliable code that meets ISO 9001 and other relevant software quality standards;
5. Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets their needs; leverage customer insights and innovative thinking to develop new products and features; explore the application of AI technologies (such as M365/GitHub Copilot, AI knowledge bases, and intelligent agents) in semiconductor testing to improve development efficiency and product intelligence.
Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
2. Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, C++) and strong coding practices;
3. Familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design patterns;
4. Understanding of automated testing principles and the ability to write high-quality unit and integration tests;
5. Familiarity with the Linux development environment and database-related technologies;
6. Strong learning ability and a keen curiosity about new technologies; candidates with experience in AI-related projects (e.g., RAG, MCP, Agents, PEFT, etc.) will be given priority;
7. Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); candidates with CET-6 or higher certification will be given priority;
8. Willingness to accept business travel arrangements for projects.
