To strengthen our team in Zhangjiagang , we are looking for you as a(n) Sr. Plant Engineer - E&I .
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the safety, environmental protection, occupational health and security of the position, ensuring compliance with relevant company regulations and national laws and regulations
Be responsible for monitor safety performance of the contractors involved.
Other work safety duties as stipulated by laws, rules, regulations, and workshops.
Responsible for the IT installation of plants & System administration what are belongs to E&I:
DCS/SIS/GDS/SCADA/PLC system
Database system for recipes
PI System
Osmar System
Special software what are not supported by IT
Keep plants running with high reliability and good availability under good safety status.
Managing, maintaining and optimizing the installed base of regulatory and advanced control schemes.
Maintain all control systems, applications and information systems including systems configuration and performance optimization of regulatory controls including tuning, troubleshooting, configuration changes, user support, performance monitoring and reporting.
Provide engineering support for all post projects involving control and / or safety system configuration, hardware upgrades / installation and control scheme implementation.
Ensure the projects have the relevant documentation available, and the necessary maintenance contracts are in place.
Ensure post project handover that all documentation such as control schematics and system, databases are maintained.
Investigating and analyzing the root cause of any breakdown of the plant, and follow the action plan implementation.
Minimize the overall maintenance & operating cost in comply with the quality and safety standards.
Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling
Be in charge of spare parts preparation and follow up the procurement.
Develop standard maintenance & backup procedure.
Examine and approve the maintenance final accounts for the contractors.
Execute projects and/or support project functions for projects by project execution
Keep documentation & software updated
Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Responsibilities as WGC OT-Security PN-Administrator:
Responsible for the implementation of the OT-Security standards in the PN
Assigns one deputy for each process network in the PN-Infoset
Arranges assessments through the OT-Security Officer or OT-Security Officer Region in case of new projects or significant system changes
Informs the OT-Security-Officer (Region) and Business Division PN-Coordinator immediately of any OT-Security incidents
Coordinates with the PN-Coordinator Business Division and OT-Security-Officer Region
Gains detailed knowledge of the Wacker guidelines regarding IT/OT-Security:
A 08-01-09 Safeguarding Systems in Enhanced Security Networks
A 08-01-12 IT-Security
A 09-06-02 WGER Planning, setting up and operating networked automation and IT systems
A 09-01-10 Technical Competence Center "PCT CoCe"
Responsible for the implementation of technical and organizational measures regarding OT-Security in the PN networks as assigned
Responsible for system design, installation, operation and decommissioning
Performs all operative tasks in the respective PN including documentation - examples are:
update of PN-Infoset
perform Process Net Classification
definition and implementation of the protective measures
apply for and update firewall rules
perform system hardening
vulnerability monitoring
Familiar with the Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) in the process network (PN) and takes these into account in the risk assessment and the implementation of measures. In doing so, he/she coordinates with the EI&C plant engineer if responsibilities are separated
Experience/Skill Requirement:
Over 8 years instrumentation and control experience in chemical industry plant, or relevant working experience.
Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Profound knowledge of programming with Siemens PLC, Siemens DCS, HIMA and Supcon SIS.
Very familiar with schematic wiring and P&I diagram.
Good experience in project involvement.
Knowledge in using AutoCAD
Urgency of action and good team player. Good budget preparation and spare parts management skills. Self and external driven spirit. Have strong learning and independent working ability.
Good English reading skill, good spoken English an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint
Education Background:
University degree in industry instrument & auto control engineering or equivalent in chemical industry engineering or related
