Achieve the agreed sales goals.
Maintain and expand market share of existing customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop new customer and new business, especially new business opportunities from existing key accounts.
Analyze customer decision-making system, and build good relationship with key persons in different hierarchical level.
Identify customer demands, work together with technical departments to offer customized material and equipment solutions. Coordinate internal resources to resolve abnormal issues and deal with customer complaints.
Pay an eye on competition and collect necessary competitive intelligence.
Collect accounts receivable timely.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
Minimum 3 years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably in packaging materials/equipment, food processing upstream/downstream sectors, or solution-based selling..
Excellent ability in identifying and seizing sales opportunities, and be good at making sales plan and pushing it forward.
Excellent ability in dealing with customers, could build smooth and close business relationship with middle managers of customers, and have initial ability of communicating with their top management.
Mature professional character, good professional quality, good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Good English, must be able to read and write. Good command of office software.
Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
