Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or comparable experience in the field.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Sales, Product Design Engineer or similar role, with a focus on high-speed interconnect products in the data center or enterprise networking industries.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience within the Datacom Market.
- A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience calling on Datacom accounts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority, driving complex projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
