Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accountability #1: Data Collection and Reporting
Compile and consolidate daily production reports submitted by each workshop and distribute them to relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide the Department Manager, Production Supervisors, and relevant departments with accurate and timely information and data related to this position.
Accountability #2: Attendance and Performance Data Management
Input employee leave records into the ESS attendance system for the Production Department and all workshops.
Input employee overtime records into the ESS attendance system.
Maintain attendance records in the attendance management system to ensure data accuracy.
Submit new employee payroll bank account information and supporting documentation.
Compile and maintain records of employee working hours and performance evaluation data for all workshops.
Accountability #3: Quality Analysis and Reporting
Conduct monthly scrap and defect data classification and analysis to support root cause identification and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste.
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports and related data accurately and on time.
Collect, compile, and submit production process defect data on a monthly basis.
Accountability #4: Document Control
Receive, issue, and distribute technical documents and other departmental documentation.
Maintain and update all workshop documents to ensure the latest versions are available on the production floor.
Coordinate document review and approval processes for various departmental documents.
Accountability #5: Procurement Planning
Prepare and submit monthly procurement plans on schedule.
Submit urgent procurement requests required by workshops in a timely manner.
Accountability #6: Other Duties
Perform ad hoc assignments and other responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum two years of relevant work experience preferred.
