岗位职责：
-
全面负责机加工设备自动化改进，包括上料、下料、检测、工序间物流等自动化
-
负责设计自动化方案，应用物流线、AMR、机器人、AOI等技术实现单机自动化、流水线自动化，多品种小批量自动化连线；
-
应用solidworks 对关键部件、结构件进行设计；
-
对自动化方案进行电气方面设计，及PLC编程；
-
编制自动化方案的BOM清单，并与采购部门对接，跟踪采购进度；
-
组织对自动化进行装配与调试；
-
核算自动化方案成本及投资回收期；
岗位要求：
-
本科或以上学历，自动化、机器人等相关专业
-
精通PLC编程能力，
-
绘制电气和电子图纸，机械图纸，物料清单(BOM)，准备机器和生产线文件和手册。
-
熟悉solidworks、office软件；
-
有成功机加工自动化经验优先；
