Lead PMKC site daily operations activities, including production, maintenance, material, facility, sustaining engineering and logistics.

Duties& Responsibilities

1.Daily operation Management /日常运营管理
According to product regulatory requirements, oversee daily operations of the injection molding, assembly, facility, equipment, material and logistics to ensure production targets are met, including OTD, quality, inventory and cost etc,.
在产品符合法规要求的前提下,监督注塑成型,组装,设施,设备,材料和物流的日常运营,确保实现运营目标,包括准时交货率,质量,库存和成本等。
2.Team Leadership & Development/团队领导与发展
Lead, mentor, coach and develop team members to improve team and individual capabilities and promote a safe and productive work environment. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

3.Facility and production equipment maintenance/设施与生产设备维护
Work with team to initiate equipment maintenance plan, continually improve equipment performance, reduce machine downtime.
与团队合作,制定设备维护计划,持续提升设备性能,减少机器停机时间
3.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement/流程优化与持续改进
Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, and increase throughput. Work closely with the quality team to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts, improve quality improvement and equipment OEE.
识别流程改进领域,实施精益制造方案以减少浪费并提高产能。与质量团队密切合作,确保产品符合要求的标准和规范.

4.Material planning and logistics/物料和物流
Monitor material and supply inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production without overstocking. Collaborate with sourcing to ensure timely delivery of materials for manufacturing.
Follow compliance requirements, secure import/export activities meeting compliance and operations needs.
监控材料和物料库存水平,确保生产所需的充足库存且不过度库存。与采购部门合作,确保材料的及时交付。
遵守合规要求,确保进出口活动符合法规运营需求。
5.Health, Safety & Compliance/健康,安全与合规
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety audits and training programs.
确保遵守所有安全法规和公司政策,营造安全的工作环境,并定期开展安全审计和培训项目。
6.Cross-Department Collaboration/跨部门合作
Work closely with NPI, engineering and quality teams to ensure seamless coordination between production processes.
Proactively interact with commercial team and customers to build up trust relationships.
与NPI,工程和质量团队紧密合作,确保生产流程间无缝协调。
主动与业务团队和客户沟通和协作,建立信任的合作关系。

Function Demands
岗位要求
Required必需:Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
Preferred优先:Engineering associate degree工科相关专业
Required必需:
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding technologies, equipment, and high automation assembly manufacturing processes.
丰富的塑料注塑技术,设备及高度自动化组装制造工艺知识。
- Familiar with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement and problem solving tools.
熟悉精益制造原则,六西格玛或其他流程改进和问题解决工具。
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions,

- Experience in operations management, including production, supply chain, facility and equipment's.

- Plastic Molding industrial, Medical industrial, Engineering background.
