Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure and network issues
- Assist in project implementation and engineering tasks
- Set up, configure, and test computer and network systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather client requirements and provide technical insights
- Communicate effectively with clients, account executives, and engineering teams
- Continuously improve your IT and communication skills
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT end-user support or service provider environments
- Strong technical skills in:
- Windows 7/8/10 (MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE certifications highly desirable)
- Office 365
- Windows Server
- Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO)
- Networking (experience with Checkpoint firewall and HP switches is a plus)
- VDI, Microsoft Azure, and MDM
- Experience with video conferencing support (Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Polycom)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
