Job Summary
Basic requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent;
Good command of English, sound PC skills & SAP Knowledge.
Excellent teamwork and strong communication & project management skills.
Over 5 years’ experience in related field.
Result-oriented, highly motivated, forward thinking and task driven, have a high degree of integrity, and have a high sense of responsibility.
Strong data analysis ability, problem solving skill and supply chain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Role & Responsibility :
Clarify and check the ordering documents, OF/Price/Drawing/Lead time etc.
Transfer the frozen order information to SOC related functions; Maintain the order milestones in SAP and order record system
Supply management, including non-standard solution checking, tendering/VO quotation, drawing application, and order schedule management
Provide quotation and feasible solution basing on customers’ request.
Coordinate change request for Schedule & Specification
Provide quotation and feasibility for change request
Provide technical support to upstream teams (sales support team)
Conduct the cost governance/analysis for specified major project orders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customers’ request
Support on supply managers for daily project affairs.
