The Meetings & Events (M&E) Manager is responsible for driving sales strategies to maximise the utilisation and revenue of our meetings and events facilities across Shenzhen portfolio. This role focuses on proactive outreach, client engagement, relationship building, and marketing activities.
You will manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiries to facility tours to preparing quotations, and closing deals. Regular analysis of market trends, refining sales strategies, and implementation of effective marketing initiatives are required to achieve and exceed financial targets whilst maintaining overall responsibility for meeting budget objectives.
Additionally, you will foster strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders to promote our facilities and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Engagement Team, you will ensure that clients' events are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of service.
