Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for testing consultation, quotation, invoicing, and follow-up related work for toy products; 负责玩具类产品的测试咨询、报价、开单及跟进相关工作;
2. Provide technical support for toys;提供玩具的技术支持;
3. Answer customer inquiries and questions, and provide customers with quality services;解答客户咨询及疑问,为客户提供优质服务;
4. Complete other related work within the project team.完成项目组的其他相关工作;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above; 大专及以上学历;
2. Those with over 3 years of relevant work experience in toy customer service are preferred;3年以上玩具客服相关工作经验优先考虑
3. Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit; 责任心强,有良好的团队合
4. English proficiency at CET-4 or above, with proficient skill in MS. 英语四级以上,能熟练操作办公软件。
