Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP TM certification is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation and logistics operations.
Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes, including configuration, master data management, and integration interfaces.
Project Management Skills : Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Collaboration Skills : Experience working with cross-functional teams, including BPM, Logistics, BL SCM, and external logistics partners (3PL/4PL).
Analytical Capabilities : Ability to analyze transportation KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Documentation Skills : Proficient in creating high-quality project documentation, such as process flows, configuration guides, test scripts, and UAT outcomes.
Change Management : Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting training sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings.
Global Perspective : Familiarity with aligning regional business requirements with global SAP TM templates and methodologies.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners across diverse regions.
