Vendor Development Manager 供应商开发经理
Responsibilities 岗位职责：

Lead supplier development initiatives by building strong vendor relationships and identifying high-quality new sources
主导供应商开发工作，建立稳固的合作关系并持续开拓优质新资源

Independently conduct supplier visits and participate in key business negotiations and meetings
能独立进行供应商拜访及参与重要商务洽谈

Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to enhance sourcing efficiency and seize business opportunities
与采购团队紧密协作，提升采购效率，把握业务发展机会

Proactively gather first-hand market intelligence and source competitive offers from emerging channels or suppliers
积极收集市场一手信息，从新渠道或供应商获取有竞争力的报价
Requirements 岗位要求：

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics or related industry
具备5年以上电子或相关行业供应商开发/采购经验

Familiarity with key commodities such as Memory, CPU, SSD, HDD is preferred
熟悉电子元器件（如内存、CPU、SSD、HDD）者优先

Background in franchised distribution or manufacturing is a strong advantage
具备授权分销商或制造商工作背景者优先考虑

Strong skills in independent execution, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal communication
具备独立执行力、谈判能力、跨部门协作及良好沟通能力

Positive attitude with willingness and flexibility to travel for business purposes
