DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Keep track of emerging industry automation technologies and solutions and drive continuous automation and intelligent upgrading of production lines.
2. Cooperate with production, process and equipment teams to resolve on-site automation issues, provide professional technical support, and guide frontline staff in standardized equipment operation
3.Optimize automatic control logic based on production process requirements to improve production efficiency and yield rate, reduce equipment failure rate and manufacturing cost.
4. Take charge of daily commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization upgrade of automated production equipment, assembly lines and industrial control systems to ensure stable and high-efficiency equipment operation.
5. Conduct PLC programming, modification, commissioning and optimization, and support equipment automation retrofits, new project introduction, and continuous production line upgrading.
6. Responsible for formulating, implementing, following up and accepting equipment technical renovation solutions, sorting out equipment programs, electrical drawings and technical documents, and completing version archiving.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Communication or other related disciplines.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1. At least 2 years optical communication product engineering experience; Automation working experience is highly preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are also considered.
2. Prior experience in automation equipment development, PLC programming and production line intelligent upgrading is highly preferred.
3. Experience in cross-regional or overseas factory automation project delivery.
4. Strong analytical capability and trouble shooting skills.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing
