Intern period: 5 days per week, at least 6 months.
The Learning and Development (L&D) Intern will support the provision of related activities across all parts of L&D, reporting to the GC Learning and Development Manager.
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Learning & Development:
- Fully support the organization of all training programs and activities for L&D team (Venue, agenda, materials, attendance records…etc)
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience by managing the logistics of Orientation training for new hires.
- Serve as the key contact for all external vendors.
2. Training Administration:
- Handle registration, enrollment, tracking training record as well as relevant reports and data analysis.
- Manage L&D payments, including opening Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing and processing Online Approvals (OA).
- Management and filing of training contracts.
- Perform written English/Chinese translation tasks when needed.
- Other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Open-minded with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Quick learner with a sense of curiosity and experience of using AI.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot table and VLOOKUP).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
