Main responsibilities:
Dupixent FFE Strategy & Annual Planning
- Lead the development and execution of Dupixent-specific FFE strategy aligned with brand objectives and market dynamics
- Drive annual field force planning cycles including resource forecasting, capacity planning, and strategic resource allocation
- Partner with brand marketing and commercial leadership to translate business strategy into actionable FFE roadmaps
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform FFE strategic recommendations
AI-Enabled FFE Transformation Initiatives
- Champion the adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools and analytics to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for automation and intelligent decision-making across FFE processes
- Collaborate with Digital and Data Science teams to pilot and scale AI solutions (e.g., predictive targeting, intelligent territory design)
- Drive change management and capability building to ensure successful adoption of AI-enabled tools
Field Force Sizing & Resource Allocation Advanced Tool Development
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated analytical tools and models for optimal field force sizing and resource allocation
- Build dynamic simulation models to evaluate resource allocation scenarios and trade-offs
- Continuously refine tools based on business feedback and evolving market conditions
Territory & Objective Allocation Governance
- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for territory alignment and target setting processes
- Lead following FFE operational tasks with enhanced rigor and discipline:
o Target hospital management
o Target customer management and segmentation
o Territory alignment and optimization
o Objective setting and allocation
- Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to ensure process compliance and quality
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvement mechanisms
- Communicate with BU field force leaders, marketing teams and GTMC counterparts to ensure smooth execution
Field Force Operation Management & Analytics
- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for territory alignment and target setting processes
- Perform advanced data processing and analysis, generating actionable insights from complex datasets
- Leverage best practices across BUs and industry benchmarks to synergize analytical frameworks
- Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, with focus on automation and self-service analytics
- Supervise FFE projects such as customer segmentation, territory optimization, and new product introduction
- Manage BU daily operational support including:
o HC management and FTE planning
o Field force performance tracking and low performer identification
o Data support per BU Management team requests
About you
Education:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
- Solid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks and in-depth understanding in the environment and operation of field team in the China pharmaceutical industry
- Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
- Strong capability in Excel modelling and PowerPoint Presentation
- Ability to solve difficult and changing situations and influence senior management
- Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way
- Good command of written English, communication verbal English
