Manage field quality on CHN region key accounts.
1. Achieve the quality target set by organization including but not limited to customer quality scorecard, audit major NC, excursion quantity, cycle time related KPI.
2. Organize regular review meeting with key account customers to review specific case progress, to review ST quality performance, to collect customer voice and deploy to ST internal, to build/enhance customer relationship by initial multilevel customer interaction program (like Semi/FA training, plant visit).
3. Responsible for quality related issues for the customer. Verify customer complaints, and manage customer quality issues by working closely with relevant internal Divisions, plants and warehouse, etc.
4. Responsible for CI (customer incidents) activities: Input to complaint tool system with all the information correctly and timely and advise Division/plant on ways to close sensitive cases.
5. Coordinate all related parties to solve customer’s problem
6. Managing all customer environmental queries, work closely with related personnel to ensure customer’s queries are answered accordingly and timely.
7. Managing all quality alert/recall from Division QA/plants by ensuring that pending materials are properly quarantined in ware-house and nothing is shipped to the affected customer and liaise with Sales to understand customer’s stock situation before to initiate any recall to the customer and ensuring customer’s return goods are disposed correctly.
8. Follow requirement of ISO/TS16949 quality management standard by:
- Attend the training and audit to make sure fully understand require-ment of ISO/TS16949
- Internal check practical activity to make sure in accordance with the standard
- Take corrective actions for those nonconformities found during inter-nal / external audit
- Retain related quality records defined in LOP and SOP
9. Managing customer visits or audits with Plants by
- Liasing with back-end plants on audit agenda, audit check-list.
- Participate in audits and follow up on action items.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5-10 year experience in semiconductor, especially in automotive industry.
- familiar with manufacturing process including front end / backend / CP / FT / Quality control, hands on wafer fab process / flow / quality control will be a plus.
- familiar with 8D / PDCA / audit (ISO9000/TS16949).
- Good program manager experience and willing to face challenge.
- Good emotion control and pressure release ability.
- Good write and oral English communication skills.
