Responsibilities
Marketing Event Planning and Execution
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale client events, trade shows, technical seminars, and employee events. Responsibilities include proposal drafting, vendor management, material preparation, exhibit logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event reviews to ensure high-quality project delivery;
- Lead the coordination between internal departments (e.g., sales, technical teams) and external partners (e.g., vendors, media) to ensure seamless integration and smooth progress across all event stages;
- Establish and refine event execution workflows and standards; summarize lessons learned and continuously optimize event plans to enhance quality and impact;
- Gather information on industry events and market dynamics to provide data-driven support for departmental decision-making.
Public Relations and External Partnerships
- Assist in maintaining and expanding partnerships with chambers of commerce, industry associations, councils, and other relevant external organizations;
- Manage liaison, coordination, and follow-up activities for industry conferences, association events, and public affairs projects;
- Assist in managing external public relations matters and coordinating external resources to support corporate branding and business development needs;
- Monitor industry developments, policy updates, and market trends to support the company's business growth and public affairs initiatives.
ESG Projects and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities
- Plan, organize, and execute the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability-related activities, including public welfare initiatives, volunteer programs, community partnerships, and sustainability awareness campaigns;
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to drive the implementation of ESG projects;
- Draft promotional materials, compile results, and manage internal and external communications regarding sustainability activities to enhance the company's brand image and social impact.
Executive and Business Support
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to company management and executives;
- Assist in preparing business reports, management meeting materials, market analysis reports, and presentations;
- Track the progress of key projects, facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Other
- Draft, translate, and review event-related copy and corporate promotional materials;
- Communicate and coordinate independently with overseas affiliates, partners, and suppliers;
- Handle other public relations and marketing-related tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English, Business Management, or related fields are preferred;
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and executing industry marketing events; preference given to candidates with a track record of successfully planning and delivering projects such as trade shows, large-scale client events, and technical seminars;
- Experience with ESG projects, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, public relations management, or industry association partnerships is a plus;
- Fluent in English and Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), with the ability to independently conduct cross-border communication and business interactions;
- Strong project management, cross-departmental coordination, and on-site event troubleshooting capabilities;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and external relationship management skills;
- Conscientious and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; resilient under pressure and a strong team player; willing to travel and work overtime during events as required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); skills in data analysis, graphic design, video editing, and new media operations are a plus.
