Key Responsibilities:
- Own automation from concept to reality: Lead end-to-end delivery of automation projects for new and existing production lines—from solution design to installation, commissioning, and ramp-up. Including machine safety assessment.
- Keep production running at its best: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and maintenance support, quickly resolving issues in PLC control, electrical systems, and industrial networks to maximize uptime.
- Drive digital transformation: Support MES integration, real-time data collection, and smart factory initiatives.
- Collaborate and make an impact: Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to continuously improve operations.
- Lead the future factory vision: Contribute to and lead key initiatives such as Operational Excellence (OPEX), digital factory, and lights-out manufacturing.
- Develop people and capability: Help build a strong automation engineering team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and talent development.
Qualifications& Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing automation environments.
- Familiarity with a wide range ofindustrial automation technologies, including robots, vision systems, servo systems, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Demonstratedproject management capability with emerging leadership potential. Stronghands-on troubleshooting skills with a structured and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proven expertise inPLC programming (Siemens or equivalent platforms). Solid understanding ofindustrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, etc. Ability to read, interpret, and modifyelectrical schematics.
- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Good command ofwritten and spoken English in a professional environment.
