How You Will Do It
Achieving the annual targets for customer specific net sales, sales volume, and margins. Implementation of the key account strategy.
Acquiring new business based on the target projects laid out in the Sales Funnel. Setting selling prices based on application and materials, market, and competition environment, aligned with the GKAM leader.
Prepare price quotations and cost breakdowns. Settle supply contracts with customers in cooperation with legal department and CRM team. Ensure compliance with internal standards for credit limit, payment terms, incoterms, and other
requirements.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned customer group.
Through OMP, prepare/ oversee the monthly sales forecast on article level to ensure accurate demand planning, supply reliability and DIV targets.
Collaborate with project managers to keep the developing project in safe launch or timely to start the agility process.
What We Look For
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience, thereof 2-4 years in a sales position for an industrial company, preferably at an automotive tier one supplier.
- Experience with the OEM sourcing process, understanding of technical sales, hands-on mentality in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, familiar with ISO/ TS 16949.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin
