This position reports to:

- 负责中压开关柜的机械结构设计。
- 组织样机试装、调试，验证设计方案。
- 完成图纸、BOM 等技术文件输出。
- 设计装配用的专用工装/夹具/检具，提升装配效率与精度。
- 提供技术支持，对于小批量生产、量产爬坡阶段的问题快速响应和解决。
- Responsible for the mechanical structure design of medium voltage switchgear.
- Organize prototype assembly and debugging to validate design solutions.
- Complete technical documentation including drawings and BOMs
