Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Responsible for sample receiving, registration, putaway, sample dispatch, sample transport & distribution, sample return to client, sample disposal preparation and sample stock-taking and other assigned duties.
负责样品的接收、登记、上架、发送、运输和分发、样品返回客户、样品处理和盘点以及其他指定的职责。
2. Handling enquiries related to samples within the scope of the approved documented process from hotline and official email inbox.
在经批准的文件化与流程范围内，通过热线和电子邮箱处理与样品相关的各类查询。
3.Maintain warehouse facilities including but not limited to checking anti-theft system, fire safety equipment and waterproof equipment in clean, safe and secured condition and conducting 5S+1 self-evaluation and safety measures periodically.
维护仓库设施，包括但不限于检查防盗系统、消防安全设备和防水设备是否清洁、安全、牢固，并定期进行5S+1自我评估和安全措施。
4.Follow and complete job assignment per supervisor’s instruction.
按照主管的指示完成工作任务。
Qualification requirements 任职要求：
1.Full-time University/College graduate with 3 years of work experience, or class of 2026 graduate. Open to all majors.
全日制本/专毕业，3年工作经验或2026届毕业生。专业不限。
2.Hardworking, Integrity, Good Communication Skills, Strong Team Spirit and Proactive
勤奋、正直、良好的沟通能力、较强的团队精神和主动性。
3.Proficient skills in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel
熟练使用微软办公软件，包括Outlook、Word、Excel
4.Reasonable understanding of English in written and verbal
比较正确地理解书面英语和口语
5.CET 4 holder is advantage
