Key responsibilities in your new role

Advanced knowledge of machine electric,mechanic and pneumatic
-
Advanced knowledge of process flow, machine critical parameter , line process control, common process tool (eg. SPC , FMEA.)

Responsible for budget planning and cost controlling of the equipment engineering function
-
Responsible for line technician, PM technical and new equipment engineer's competency improvement
-
Responsible for machine performance improve(UDT/MTBA/SPL)
-
Responsible for the new machine transferring, installation and buyoff Lead of team and lead of project
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
-
Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
-
At least 5 years equipment engineering experience. Experience of test equipment, tester or TnF machine is highly preferred
-
Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma and other statistical tools
- Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement
-
Hands on experience of presentation of projects

Fluent communication both in Chinese and English
