Responsible for Utility&FF&Special equipment& WWTP and infrastructure management of Dragon Site.

Lead team to set performance goals and monitor performance achievement on a continual basis.

Implement the MOS activities as part of daily work.

Plan the annual budget, headcount planning and the cost control.

Plan and execute the employees annual training program and performance evaluation. Empower and engage the subordinates with passion.

Support the internal/external audit and ensure the activities should follow the requirement of related systems (ISO 9001, GMP, OHSA, ISO50001, ISO27000…) that were certified by the authorities.

Energy management (forecast, consumption, resource, cost, saving, process…).

Fulfill the other tasks that are assigned by superior.
- Take responsible for Utility&FF&Special equipment& WWTP.

Ensure all activities meet the requirement of law and regulation.

Implement CI project.

Participate in MOS and keep on tracking the follow up actions.

- Bachelor’s degree.

Mechanical Engineering and Electricity

Chemical related Major.

Working experience: >= 10 years.
