This role reports to China Finance Manager, act as accountant for Shanghai branch.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP GL entry, PRC Book GL entry
- Monthly/Quarterly statistics report for government
- Monthly VAT Reconciliation between ERP and PRC book (E-Tax)
- Assist statutory audit, financial subsidy application
- Assist SAP implementation
- Prior years WHT VAT project
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Accounting major with minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Obtaining certificate of financial/accounting profession is a plus.
- Sensitive to numbers, skilled in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Detail oriented, can work under pressure and communicate effectively across functional teams.
- MS Office skills, especially strong at Excel, PPT, Word; ERP (SAP) experience is mandatory.
- Solid experience in VAT especially Export VATIN Refund and E-Tax
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Initiative, self-driven, well-organized and hardworking
- Immediately available preferred
